Post subject: Is my protocol ok? (Idromed 5 PS)
I just wanted to check if I am using the machine to the best effect. I do one hand and foot together for 15 minutes, then swap the positive pole and do another 15 minutes. I then do the same for the other hand and foot. So 60 minutes in total. Is this method ok? I was also wondering.. is it ok to use 20-25mA for every treatment? There is no chance of the machine burning out?
Thank you
