Iontophoresis
works only in parts of the body, so only these areas are sweat free, e.g. sweaty feet in shoes - this can enhance output and performance for runners, also e.g. hand sweat reduction can enhance a lot of activities like golf, tennis, boulder, freeclimbing, climbing, and so on.
It is a bad idea to surpress all sweating because the body would surely overheat....
Do I have some sort of over reacting sweat glands when it comes to movement?
I dont know, are you well trained? I studied sports myself and we had one case - this person sweated like hell in action, but not when relaxed ,not even when stressed or under psycho pressure. Mostly it is people who are not fit that sweat a lot when doing excercises, but there are also few really fit ones who sweat a lot...

Post subject: drown in sweat in any kind of physical activity
Hello,
I don't sweat too much except for when I do any kind of physical activity then I literally drown in sweat. Pours off my face, armpits and feet. Do I have some sort of over reacting sweat glands when it comes to movement?
Would your treatment help me and if so how would it affect me if I don't sweat like I normally do - my body would still be able to cool off but not have to do so by sweating so much - correct?
I would love to not sweat so much while exercising/competing in sports but don't know if that is possible for someone like me.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks for your time,
