Post subject: Idromed 5PC Volt/mA problem
Hi,
I purchased the Idromed 5PC in August. Now for the last 2 weeks the Idromed 5PC is giving me the following problem:
It does not reach the set volt. E.g.: If I set the unit to 15 for my hands, it just goes to a maximum of 11 mA. It says on 11mA for a minute and then it gradually decreases itself to 8mA. Even if I increase the volt the machine stays at 8 mA or dips lower. This happens every time I have used the unit for the last 2 weeks. I have no idea what mille amp I am using. I wash my hand and feet to ensure there is no cream, tried warm water etc. I am utterly confused and want a resolution to get this to work right.
Please help!!
