I know that question looks stupid, it's just that this whole thing seems like voodoo sometime, I've been doing it for 11 days now and still now result.
just want to make sure I'm not wasting time doing it wrong.

If it is not a cream soap it is ok. Lotions should be used only after the treatments.

Post subject: Washing feet before treatment
I read somewhere on the forum that you shouldn't wash your feet/hands with lotions or creams before the iontophoresis treatment because it increases body resistance.
I usually wash my feet with warm water and soap before. is that ok?
