Hello Suncica,
When the system recongnizes that the circuit is closed (with your hands, or feet) the dive-LED ligths up to indicate that the treatment has started. It could be that the dive-LED does not light up because of the over-treatment protection. This protection is activated if your skin conductance is too low. (Please see page 16 of the user manual for more information about this function). To check if this is due to the over-treatment protection, you can ask another person to close the current path.

Thank you. Another question: my dive in button wont turn...
to be precisely, several days ago it didn't work, than one day it did but today again is not in fuction...what's the cause of that and what shall I do?

Post subject: How to clean electrodes?
Hi, can you tell me how can I clean my electrodes? They are stainless steel ones, I have been using them for a year and I noticed white marks on one of them...Is there some kind of cleanser preparation which will not harm od destroy electrode surface? Thank you very much.
