Hi hasan, normally not. But what is normal in this world? I would recommend you send me a mail with your order number so that I can set you up in the priority support forum if you bought the device from us. There is a solution for this problem that occasionally (ab. 2% overall) can occur with the IDROMED 4 PC if you treat (only) the feet. If you have no success at the hands or armpits, then sign in the priority support forum and read what is there. Generally: You often have a higher chance at success with the Pulsed Current version, because you are able to choose higher therapy currents and not feel pain. If you have no success with the Pulsed current version, you will probably not have success with the Direct current version. If you bought the device from us we can f.e. change it to a Direct Current device if we are certain that the Pulsed version is not the right device for you.
Post subject: hi hasan to the "limited success" with Pulsed Curr
Hi hasan, normally not.
But what is normal in this world? I would recommend you send me a mail with your order number so that I can set you up in the priority support forum if you bought the device from us. There is a solution for this problem that occasionally (ab. 2% overall) can occur with the IDROMED 4 PC if you treat (only) the feet.

Post subject: Is the GS more effective than the PS?
Iontophoresis units: Pulsed current compared to direct current iontophoresis devices!
Is the GS more effective than the PS device? There are threads on socialphobiaworld with users talking about limited success with the GS device. I am having very limited success with the PS device as well.
