[quote="cristal"]Well, its not a machine sold by you, could not afford it for the moment but luckily i have found someone who gifted me a Drionic unit. I modified(made some wiring) it so i can use it with two external trays that has full coverage of my palms, the original unit is poorly designed, no good coverage, hard to use. I dont know the output power but i know that it has no pulsed current like your machines, just direct. I hope in the future i will afford a better device like you sell but until then i keep fingers crossed so that the Drionic will relief some of the distress i go through daily. Hi,
Thank you very much for your quick reply!
Unfortunately we can offer a full support only for our customers...
Maybe you are interested in our lifetime support? If yes, you can find more information about this under:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-to-sign-in-for-the-personal-priority-support-t312.html
Please remember that direct current is much more aggressive and uncomfortable than pulsed current, and maybe, 80 minutes a days also a bit too long..
I wish you all the best!

Hi Cristal,
Why this increase may occur, is hard to say, but based on our many years of experience with the therapy, we definitely know that often people may even sweat more initially, before the excessive sweating stops.
Which device do you have? Have you bought it through one of our online-shops?
Unfortunately there is no order in our database system made with your e-mail adress. If you ordered through one of our shops, then please let us know the invoice number or the serial number of the machine you received. As soon as we can verify this, we can give you access to the closed section, so you can answer the following questions:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/no-limited-success-after-3-weeks-as-stated-in-the-manual-t81.html
and we can better evaluate your situation and try to help you to improve the treatment!
We are confident it will work also in your case!

Post subject: Why a increase in sweat during iontophoresis is a good sign?
Hi
I have read through the forum and i see that an increase in sweating during iontophores treatments is a good sign? Why this increase is occurring? Anyone know and can share this with me?
Im reading that this increase happens before the sweating stops, im at my 4th session(40m/session), im a dripper, i have very excessive palmar/plantar hyperhidrosis but now after the last session my hands sweats so much harder and in conditions(outside in cold of the winter) where prior to treatment i could be dry.
In another place on the i-net i have seen people stating that an increase in sweating means overdoing. Last 2 treatments were made the same day, 80 minutes.
So, is this a good sing or is a sign of overdoing it? If its a good sign why is happening like this?
I also developed dishydrosi(small itchy blisters) on the inner sides of my fingers. I have them time to time but now clearly is related to ionto treatment.
Thanks in advance for the help!!
P.S. Im treating just my palms right now.
