Thanks for your response, but I just wanted to let you know I have not received the manual yet. I will try to get started with the other information that you sent me since I don't want to miss the 8 week return window and it has already been over two weeks. Hopefully it will work with no problems and that won't be an issue! Please let me know if I should e-mail you separately to get the manual. Thanks! Irene
Hello ireneybeenie,
We are very sorry to have sent you the wrong manual. We will send you the right one asap - and also a link to the correct and newest version of the manual - have it only on file yet, will put it up soon.
In the meantime, you can use the one you found online. The differences to the 2013 version are not so big. You can also take a look here
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-to-adjust-the-perfect-pulsed-setting-for-hidrex-psp1000-t748.html
. Also there is a video on youtube.
Practically all users go with the daily treatments during the initial phase and have very good succes with it.
Don't worry about the water. Use your regular tab water for now. It is only in very persistent cases of no success, that we recommend to switch to volvic water.

Post subject: Manual in German
I recently purchased a Hidrex PSP1000 and received it last week, but the manual is in German and therefore I can't understand how to properly set it up. I found a manual in English online, but it is from 2011 and the one I got with the machine is 2013, so I want to make sure it is correct. I found it here:
http://www.iontocentre.com/iontophoresis/UserManual_Iontophoresis_Hidrex.pdf
Is that the correct manual or could you send me the correct one? I want to start my daughter with the machine but I want to follow all of the instructions correctly from the beginning.
By the way, the manual online says to do the treatments 3x a week for 15 min, but from what I have read on the forum I should do it every day initially, for 20 min or so. Could you clarify? Perhaps the more updated manual will have different treatment guidelines.
Also, I read some threads about water and I was wondering what you recommend. I live in the US in Phoenix, AZ, and I can't readily get Volvic water. If I have to, I will pay for it initially, but it would be very expensive. Is there any other water that might work?
Thank you so much! We are excited to start!
Irene
