Thanks for the reply. I have severe palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis (and underarms too but it is controlled now). It's especially bad in my palms, they literally drip. I've tried so many treatments and nothing ever worked. Although this condition is very annoying and depressing, I have had it all my life and sometimes I almost get used to it. But it would be quite amazing if I could effectively treat this. The reason why I said "in a few months" is because it is a big investment and it's hard for me to buy it right now. Where I live is extremely hard to get insurance or prescription even, doctors never know anything about hyperhidrosis.
Hi,
I bought the Idromed 5 before 3 years and since then I finally found my remedy. I strongly recommend it and it worth every cent of it.
Good luck,

A prescription is not needed to purchase one of our Iontophoresis machines. Why the other company thinks there is a need for one I can 't understand, maybe it is an insurance thing. Our medical devices are top notch in quality and reliability and can be also presribed (some insurances in some countries pay parts of professional devices in full) , but a prescription is not mandatory. The only thing that is really needed is that when you got a change for a claimback of money from the health insurance - maybe they do not accept our bill without a prespription
For the money back you can see the actual conditions (as they may change someday) on this page -->
https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/information/money-back/index.html
However, your sweating doesn't seem to be really serious if you have months of time - normally sufferers can't wait to get rid of the symptoms of Hyperhidrosis.

Post subject: Planning to buy an Idromed 5 PC
Hello!
I'm planning to buy an Idromed 5 PC in the new few months, but I have some questions:
- Do I need a medical prescription to buy this device? Because I've seen a website selling Fischer MD-1a devices and they only sold to people with prescriptions.
- If I'm not satisfied with the device will I get all of my money back?
Thanks in advance
