Hi, I'm from US and was thinking of buying the Idromed PS for my palms sweating. However I have the following questions: 1. What language will the device display be in? I would prefer english. 2. Is the stainless steel electrodes better? Or will the aluminium one be sufficient? If I pay more for stainless one, do I still get the aluminium electrodes also? 3. Why is the Step-up transformer required? Thanks!
Thank you very much for your interest in our products!
The display language is English, so is also the manual. Stainless Steel electrodes donĀ“t need to be cleaned so often and the cleaning process itself is easier than with aluminum electrodes. They are also more robust and resistant to dirt and calcium deposits than Aluminium. But Aluminium electrodes are also sufficient, the therapy effect will be the same, regardless of which electrodes you choose. If you pay for the stainless steel ones, you willl get also the aluminium ones (only when ordering the
Idromed
). The
Stepup convertor
is needed, beacuse the device is built to work with 240V and since you have only 110V in the USA, you will need this convertor to transform the current.
Should you have any more questions, please contact us again.
