I have recently got the Idromed 5 PS and I have been using it quite intesively, since I am more than anxious to see some positive results.

Along the last eight days, when I got the device, I have made 23 treatments of 15 minutes each: 1 + 1 + 3 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 2 (you can see I am now doing four treatments per day). I started with 7 mA, in the first two days, and then incremented to values varying between 8 and 14 mA.

However, I do not see ANY improvement; my hands keep on sweating as they always had. I am quite frustrated, to tell you the truth.

-Am I doing something wrong?

-Should I increment the intensity?

-Should I use salty water? (maybe this makes no sense, but I have noticed my hands get drier when I take long baths in the sea).

Please, feel free to give me any useful tip or help.

And, please, I would like you to solve the problem that is dragging out for some time and that does not allow me to access the priority support section.
