Hi I'd just like to post some info about my therapies so someone can read and maybe give tips.

I'm currently on my 13th day and the sweating has reduced significantly although it was very reduced since I had botox in my hand that was just about to wear off before I started my iontophoresis therapies.

Now I suspect the botox effect is pretty much gone and it is the iontophoresis that is keeping me semi-dry!

Which is great but it feels like the sweating has not reduced since the first week any further so here's how i do it:

I do my palms only and with 22 mA for 20-25 minutes every day in around the same time every day. It doesn't hurt UNLESS I have cracks or something on my fingers.

The waterlevel is just so it drowns thebackside on the tip of my fingers but not any further up on the back of my hands.(I suspect its around 1.5-2cm deep).

The water here is very soft and I put about 1 teaspoon bakingsoda in each tray. I've read on an interesting article a guy posted(http://www.socialphobiaworld.com/the-complexity-of-mineral-content-in-tap-water-iontophoresis-5000/)

that this is the ideal way to treat with iontophoresis since the soft water makes it hurt less and doesnt affect conductivity and in the other hand, the bakingsoda increases conductivity without making it hurt too much.

Also I should say that the negative pole(the cathode) tingles/hurts way more than the pluspole(anode).

Everything seems alright. maybe you just have to continue with your daily treatments until you achieve the 100% success.
