I've issue on itchiness on my palm after my treatment and sometime there'll be blister. Have anyone encounter this before? Is there any specific reason of this matter?

It seems that the current setting you are using is too high and maybe you got the blister for this reason. The therapy should not hurt and your skin should not be red or irritated after a session.
If the blister hurts, then please stop the treatment until it is completely cured.Damadged skin is a contraindication for Iontophoresis. If it only bothers you a little, then you can cover it with vaseline or nivea creme.
