Hello,

I purchased an Idromed device from you about a year ago and I will soon need to move the device from Austria to USA. One option I am considering is to have it shipped through a shipping courier. I would really appreciate it if you can help me with some questions regarding shipment to the USA. Do you deliver these devices to the USA from Europe? If so, what is the shipping cost that you normally pay and through which courier? Are there any special considerations needed for getting the shipment through customs in the US?

Sure we send these devices from different countries to different locations, depends on the rates and avialability, but mostly our main shipping is made from germany, we use DHL Priority airfright, and sometimes GLS Express within Europe. There is no special need for US customs

The rates we get are not the same for you, we are a business partner, so private rates you get from the local distributor

- sometimes it is 3 eur for a next day shipping, sometimes it is 180 ...
