Hello!
I bought this iontophorese device one year ago. I am really happy for it and it has worked perfectly until now. Suddenly it has stopped working. The device display starts as usual but I can not get the the line up on the display that says how long time it is left, or get the device started. It does not start even if the display works. What do I do? I really need it to work. How long is the guarantee? |

Hello Cecilie,
Under this link troubleshooting you´ll find a guideline on how to proceed if your unit does not recognize that you have your hands/feet in the tubs. Please do this and let me know how it worked out.

I had an extra pair of aluminium plates and it worked with them.
