My daughter is 8 years old and has been using the machine for about 2 months. It has been working fine up until this week. We have the settings on hands for 20 minutes at a rate of 21.
This week during her treatments she kept complaining that it was shocking her about 5 minutes into the treatments. I have tried another outlet thinking maybe it was that but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. We do dry the machine and all parts after each use.
Please help as the treatments were working very well and she has been able to go about 4 days without sweating so we are anxious to have her start her treatments again.

Normally you should not get a shock, but maybe there are other reasons for this single schock? If she keeps getting one more shock during the next treatments, then you might need to send the machine in to have it checked. Please observe how it goes, if it doesn't get better, we will send you a replacement machine and then you can send yours to us to have it repaired.
