Hi Markus,
I have been treating my hands and feet with success using the Hidrex at 38V in Direct current (it has taken me a quite a few months of treatment to be able to tolerate 38V in direct current). However I find that I need to do maintenance treatments every second day. If I increase the voltage will it reduce the frequency and duration of my maintenance treatments?

Many users add their treatment times within a week, e.g. if they do 2 times 30 minutes to stay dry, they also mostly stay dry by doing 1 hour once a week.
Most users can notice an ongoing decrease of the sweating when they are doing the therapy at higher currents and / or prolonged time.
However you have to figure it out by trial and error if this is the same for you.
With a pulsed current you can surely drive much higher currents. Read more about this in our Iontophoresis basics statement:
