I am interested in purchasing a machine through you however I am a little concerned because I have heard they do not work as well in Australia because of our water. I was wondering if you could provide me with some information regarding this or if there is a solution that would help make the water better to use with the machine.

Where did you hear that? We have many customers in Australia who have had and still have success with Iontophoresis!
