Hi,

I just started using my Hidrex machine since Saturday.

Tonight, as I was putting away the machine and the cables, I observed this. (I am very careful with the cables and machine.)

I would like to receive a replacement cable b/c I do not feel safe using this one (since I can not reattach the end).

Please help! I don't want to interrupt my treatment.....

Hello,

Our partner in the USA did us the favor of sending the cables to you (it´s much quicker than sending them from Germany), but he did not give me a tracking number. I will contact him today and ask for it, as soon as I have it i will forward it to you.
I do think it should arrive any minute, he said he send it with UPS on Dec. 22nd and that it would only take 3 business days, so I think that should be there either today or tomorrow!
